These very colorful plug followers from Pro Lok are just the ticket for any locksmith shop that does lock rekeying.  You need all four of these sizes to be able to handle the most common lock cylinders.  The followers are made of aluminum and this gives them just the right weight and just the right smoothness to assure hassle free lock repinning.  The sizes are:
