AUTHENTIC SWISS MADE PIPPIN FILE, with no. 4 fine cut

A fine cut Pippin file is one of the locksmith's most treasured possessions, as it lends itself particularly well to working with keys and doing impressioning.  It is also needed if keys are to be originated by decoding locks with a scope (this can be done with wafer locks but rarely with pin tumbler locks).

Our Pippin files are truly Swiss made, not imitations.  We sell ultra high quality Pippin files because we know how important they are to locksmiths.  The fine cut file is of particular value, as it is used to finish off rough formed keys, and is also often used to prepare a key blank before impressioning begins.
