Padlocks aren't the easiest things to pick, and sometimes it makes sense to use an alternative method that won't destroy the lock the way cutting will.

Made of extremely tough spring steel, the set consists of twenty shims of various sizes.

SPS-20 Padlock Shims are easy to use.  The shims are contoured to match the diameter of the padlock hasp.  Simply push down between hasp and body (one shim on each side of the hasp) until the lock opens.
